Our Philosophy

At Candor House, privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation. Our Pantheon products are architecturally designed so that your voice recordings, camera footage, and smart home data never leave your local network. We can't access your data because our systems are built so that we never receive it.

Website Data

This website (candorhouse.com) collects minimal data:

• Contact form submissions: Your name, email, and message are stored in our database to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this data.
• Hosting logs: Firebase Hosting may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time). These are retained per Google Cloud's data retention policies.

Product Data

Pantheon devices process all data locally. Specifically:

• Voice recordings are processed on your Daedalus hub and never transmitted externally.
• Camera footage is stored on local storage and is never uploaded to any cloud service.
• Device-to-device communication uses end-to-end AES-256 encryption.
• OTA firmware updates are downloaded from our CDN but do not transmit any personal data.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking on this website. We do not embed third-party social media trackers.
